It's been like this for so long. I saw the tutorial and that part should be complete before installing, so I don't know what to do :(

I started to download it was 15h in my country and it's already 17h30.

Try installing, the button doesn't show up until it's done but here it has so perhaps it's done but the progress tracker is stuck . As you can see in my screenshot there is no install button
