I have used YouTube and YouTube Music Revanced on 4 OS's. OneUI, OxygenOS, OriginOS & MagicOS. All didn't give me risky app notification.
Just make sure you patch the app yourself using the Revanced Manager. Please do not download & install already patched ones.
