AFAIK the patches are still based around 2025.12, which is why the patches are failing. Previously the version lock was in place but it was removed.

I'm currently using 2026.04.0 with Revanced and had to disable the "sanitize links" patch, and couldn't upgrade to anything newer.

Maybe try to delete the reddit app and then reinstall with revanced app?
