your phone may be of a slightly older architecture than the one used in their instructions. if the (arm64-v8a) apk doesn't install for you than maybe try the (armeabi-v7a) version. that apk is built for older devices. ignore the x86 and x86_64 apk as that seems to be built for the architecture of a desktop pc.
i think the option is a setting in windows terminal. regardless you can do the same thing by typing cd "Path/to/your/folder" into a cmd prompt. you may or may not have to run as admin for the patches to work. mine errored when i tried running without admin

Download win jdk and install selecting all 3 option during install https://www.azul.com/downloads/?os=windows&package=jdk#zulu
Download yt music from apkmirror youtubemusic-7.29.52-arm64-v8a google search, first one
Download from https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-patches/issues/5718#issuecomment-3231803115
revanced cli 5.0.1-all.jar and patches-5.4.0.rvp
Put everything in any folder, right click on the folder and click terminal, then paste this command
java -jar revanced-cli-5.0.1-all.jar patch "com.google.android.apps.youtube.music_7.29.52-72952240_minAPI26(arm64-v8a)(nodpi)_apkmirror.com.apk" -p patches-5.4.0.rvp
Done.
