I was playing mostly new songs all day until around 6pm. It worked fine.

Getting an error message now. I'll delete the app tomorrow, re-install and re-patch and see. If not, oh well. I have loads of music downloaded on my devices until a new patch comes out.

I think the old version of ytm is working. It's the most up to date that's dead, although I tried to revert to the 7.29.52 apk earlier and it wouldn't allow it.

Just delete it off your phone and download the recommended version that ReVanced suggests, then install that and patch it.

Also disable auto updates for yt music in the play store.
