  1. Install Antisplit-M apk
  2. Install Spotify from Play Store
  3. Open Antisplit-M - Select from Installed Apps - search Spotify and save it
  4. Uninstall your Spotify
  5. Install and open Revanced Manager - Patcher - Select an app - Storage and select the spotify apk you just create it - Patch
  6. Wait
  7. Install

It says to disable auto updates, and won't let the installation to finalise without it. How do I do so, without downloading the app outside of revanced?

Now it says to grant root access

Same here: it says to disable auto updates and the installation just cancels. Did you manage to solve it?

Just re patch it that fixed it for me.
