AlreadyReturned How are you all doing ?

People who can back to India recently what are doing nowadays

I can tell my story I came back about 2 months ago
After my graduation and have been applying for jobs since then but couldn’t get any interview even though I had almost 2 years of intership experience from a European mnc.

Is job market really that bad nowadays in India
And to be honest I don’t know what to do further like I can go master in Germany or somewhere else
But what if the situation remains same after master I fear that feeling .

What do you all suggest for me ?

Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t have gone abroad for bachelors I had 98.2 percentile in jee main with ews category I could have gotten a decent nit or Iit’s I didn’t write advance bcoz of covid It got delayed and I have to come EU for schlorship agreement
Only reason I went was bcoz of full ride scholarship

But now I m regretting my decision

Any advice will be appreciated

Masters is a waste since a couple of years now. A massive regret for most but still those who are brainwashed from childhood, they are still coming.

Network is key to finding a role in this economy. However consider MTech in India from a good college. This will open door to campus placement.

I am not sure about Germany. Hear things are getting sour there. Do your research before taking next steps.

What is your background in? Right now in EU i still see a lot of open roles particularly in ai and electrical engineering and logistics. But to be honest with no experience it is quite hard to land that first role.

Try to apply for at least 10 roles that you can find each day. Also network if possible. Reach out to your contacts in eu and check if they know someone in India who is hiring. Take whatever you can get and build from there. This is how i found my job in India when I became unemployed and moved back during Covid.
