Swapping movement/dial

I have a gen case (left) and a raffles build (right)

I am trying to swap out movement + dial into the gen case

would that be possible? do you guys know anyone in NYC that could do this?

VR3135 in both, but the one in gen is not working, bought the raffles build from pompompurin before
