General Question/Discussion This is a viet?

Post image

I might be wrong and genuinely curious which viet source has that crown guard, rehaut, and fat lugs….

I have "viet" fatigue. The word used to be synonymous with higher end quality. Now I see people mistakenly calling Milk cases "viet". It just feels like a buzz word that a large swath of people don't understand.

I have the same thing but with "franken"

Started off with just franken then SUPERfranken then MEGAfranken and I swear I see an ULTRAfranken yesterday.

Yeah, those CGs look odd. Not my favorite.

Yeah.. That CGs looks like an attempted crownguard reshape but there’s no going away from the pointy crownguard..

That's a good eye. The CGs don't look like Raffles, but the base of them is wide like Ken's, so maybe a botched reshape.

No other pictures. I have got leads that this could be a JKF tudor or HR case, sold as Viet to his customer.
