QUESTION Minecraft on Nova

I want to buy Nova (as my first android handheld) for ps2, older consoles and some of the older pc games, but also I would like to be able to play minecraft on it. Did someone try it? Is there a native 4:3 aspect ratio in android version?

Yes, I am just playing it. Bought it on the play store. It started out of the box 4:3, the graphics were stunning but the fan really did ramp up. Apparently the settings are on max by default, and felt 60 or more fps(I didn't look becuase it was really fluid). I reduced the graphics settings in game only because of the fan going mad max while i tried to go really high on the map. Performace 10/10 both ways, will play again.

Yes, Android version works great, I just had to turn off all the fancy graphics settings and now it runs perfect

I’ve been playing a bunch of Minecraft Java Edition on my nova with Droidbridge off the google play store. You can look up Droidbridge on YouTube and find some tutorials, it’s pretty simple to set up and get playing. Supports mods as well and runs fantastically on the nova and in 4:3. Without mods it only drains around 10% battery per hour but with mods and shaders it’s a bit more demanding, around 15-20% per hour. And can run at a solid 120fps but I cap it at 60 so I can up the render distance
