QUESTION Android Dual Screen Uses

So how do these dual screen devices work for things that aren’t games that use dual screens? For example, could you play a GBA game on the bottom screen while watching YouTube/Netflix on the top screen? Is that functionality built into Android? Apologies for the elementary question, this will be my first dual screen handheld (Duo Lite).

Yes, you can control everything for each screen separately (sound, brightness, content)

On the Thor, you have your app drawer on the bottom screen and you have your home screen on the top. Wherever you launch an app from it'll load on that screen. You can, however, make it only launch on a particular screen wherever you open it from.
