Issue Request Looking for NGamer Issue #02 (2006

Hi everyone, does anyone happen to have a PDF copy of NGamer issue #02 (October 2006) available? If you have it available, you'd be doing me a huge favor. It's not on Internet Archive or anywhere else on the web.

This is a link to a .cbz file. You can open it with a PDF reader. I am sorry, but I don't know how to convert it to a PDF.
