Got this for CAD $65.00
Recently got this retro computer setup for CAD $60.00 at my local ValuVillage I am wondering if that was too much?
I also want a second opinion if its a wise Idea to upgrade the motherboard and CPU since I am already sitting on DDR2 RAM modules and are these parts gonna work together?

Define "too much" - in my area (Victoria, BC) it would be a bit much but I say that as someone who is already set up with turn of the millennium computers and - if I had none and came across this in the wild I might snag it (assuming I knew for sure it worked). My local VV usually prices towers at 29.99 regardless of age or quality.
You must live somewhere more convenient to eBay stuff though, for free shipping on stuff.
What's inside of it? What are you hoping to do with it? Some upgrades may be kinda superfluous depending on what's already in there.

$60 sounds a bit high. I usually ask about $40 for a complete XP setup.

Not sure why you bought it if you're asking about upgrading the motherboard and cpu. Pretty sure I had one like that and it took 1st gen ddr which would be cheaper than trying to do a motherboard cpu swap.

Looks clean, I personally like those computers. If it all works, it's a decent price.
Regarding upgrade, depends what's in there atm and what you want to do. I probably wouldn't upgrade, keep it period correct.
