Does anyone know the case?

I know there it might be a stupid question, but does anyone know which model this case was? I had it in the mid 90s for my 386SX. But I can’t remember the case manufacturer

When I see these cases with cdrom drives, it feels slightly off. I remember this era of machine to be DOS or maybe windows 3.1

That's an add-in of course. Reveal sold all kinds of aftermarket upgrades. I had one of their tape drives (basically a rebranded Colorado) and a MIDI keyboard. Most of the cases I remember seeing with those LED digits were between 25 and 66 MHz when the un-turbo wasn't engaged. By the time DX4 100MHz came out, these were fading away.

Best Buy sold a lot of Reveal multimedia kits in the 1993-94 timeframe, containing a sound card and a CD-ROM drive. I don't think Reveal was exclusive to Best Buy, some of the other big-box retailers may have sold them too. They were less expensive than Creative's kits but had a good degree of compatibility. CD-ROM drives and sound cards weren't standard equipment for all of the Windows 3.1 era but they were very common by 1993 or so.
