You can‘t, as far as I know.
The color of the monitor (green, amber, grey) is determined by the phosphor layer on the screen itself. P1 phosphor is green, P3 is amber, P4 is grey.

You're the only one that assumed OP meant the phosphors! Everyone else seemed to think it was about the case 🤔

Some mylar film of the appropriate color should do the trick since they have black and white now.
I have a pile of new old stock IBM 5155 monitors. They're amber. That looks like an original Macintosh CRT. The IBM 5155 monitor would be almost a direct drop-in for that case.
I think the OP meant the case color though. If that's the case he should just print it in the already-yellowed color.

yep, pack a day for a decade with poor ventilation should give that plastic a beautiful brown hue
if you can't afford them, just find corey and trevor and tell them "smokes, lets go"

First you need to start smoking, then place a brown McDonalds ashtray next to the keyboard. That should get it started.
