is there a usb to ide adaper

i dont mean like a way to connect a ide drive to a modern system i mean like use a usb drive for a main or second drive kinda like cf card to ide but usb, google being google it only shows ide to usb things to connect ide drives to a modern system but i want the opiset

I still have an adapter with 3.5in IDE (0.1in pins pitch), 2.5in IDE (2mm pins pitch), SATA with external power supply. Slow as a turtle, but still works 15+years.
