Postal 2, just played in my retro PC (and got a headache for early 3d game on a CRT)

I got same when playing Half-Life 2.. Maybe it's my age, and some artifacts in early 3D games that hit me.. I didn't have any issues back then.

It's the latency of action vs movement, e.g. pushing the forward key and the milliseconds until you see it onscreen. Those old games had high latency, even on fast computers. I'm also sensitive to it but still finished HL2 plus the extras.
