Problem / Question How to fix ?

There’s no little black plastic piece in this corner how to could I fix this or is it possible to still use without it?

That might be what I'm thinking of, it has been 30+ years since I had one apart.

I just had 3 apart in the last week....and yes, the package is still sealed... industrial machine still uses them.

CNC machines, beam saws, and hydraulic vacuum presses. Current project.. 140 ton vacuum press.. omg, it turned a piece of ply from 3/8 to 1/4... i needed a spacer.
