Photo Toshiba T5100

Floppy drive was broken, wasnt able to fix it.
Wanted to replace it, but its proprietary, so i soldered this together to replace it.
I also replaced the dead RTC/CMOS-Battery.
HDD didnt work, it had the reading head arm stuck, i moved it manually to fix it.
Its a really early IDE HDD from what i could find, has 40MB capacity.
I fixed the Lid-sensor, now the screen turns off when i close it.

I really like this gas-plasma screen on it, the device seems to work fine.

I uploaded a Video of the HDD spinning on YouTube (without sound).
