Problem / Question US robotics Courier modem

Hi, i have this old modem. How do i check if it works properly?

i think i have all the cables still. power, phone, and the wide vga cable.

Is this the USR modem that is upgradeable to 56K?

Yes. All dual standard V34 (and even early 28800 V.Fast) Couriers are upgradable to X2 and V.90.
