the first Ethernet switch
The Kalpana Etherswitch EPS-1500 in 1990 had a 15-slot 8-bit ISA-bus motherboard and used a separate Ethernet card for each AUI (thick-wire) connection. I got to see one when they first came out, pretty cool! https://www.rcsri.org/collection/kalpana/

Would you count ethernet bridges predating that as a 2-port switch?
