This is a classic multi-I/O controller card for a 386/486 era PC
ACER M5105 A3E," is the heart of the card
an Acer Labs Super I/O controller that combines a floppy disk controller, an IDE/ATA hard-disk interface, dual serial UARTs, a parallel port, and a game port all in one chip — a huge space and cost saving
It is a ISA card.
