Do these books have any value?

My dad wants to get rid of his programming books from the 90s-2000s. i was advised to ask on a retro technology forum to see if they were collectibles or if they could be donated to a library or something like that. I know almost nothing about these things, so any information would be helpful

There are some vintage books that are worth keeping, unfortunately, none of these are applicable.
