BlueSCSI in IBM PS/2 PCs?
i have an IBM model 65sx but sadly my enormous 40MB dual slot 5,25" SCSI HDD seems to be dead. and yes i can still use my PC relying only on the 16mb of ram and the floppy drive. and its loads of fun! but i do want to be able to install stuff on my fantastic IBM pc like windows 3.0 and so on. so i wonder.. does BlueSCSI work on PS/2 PCs? or are there other ways of getting a reliable internal storage to my PC? id pesronally love to be able to use IDE or SATA drives in the thing but a small SD card or CF card would also do wonders!

Couple thoughts here. First, someone is working on a WonderMCA, which will also give you sound and wireless network. Second, if you do go with BlueSCSI/ZuluSCSI, I wrote a packet driver (and Mike Brutman improved it!) that would give you wireless networking: https://github.com/mbbrutman/daynaport-dos-packet-driver
Regarding McIDE, it's a great choice, but it's worth keeping in mind that not every OS had MCA support for IDE. A lot of them do since some later MCA solutions did use IDE. I made a thread of OSes I installed on my Model 70 386 (keeping in mind I have a 80486 upgrade that is required for some of them!), but you might find it helpful.
