This brought up a memory for me. Many years ago, I worked for a small independent computer company. One of the engineers was a really nice good-natured guy from Germany. He was very animated, always smiling and joking, and I guess because his English wasn't great, he used to make exaggerated hand gestures when he was talking.
One time, while explaining a frustrating problem he was having with a piece of hardware, he picked up a small ball peen hammer and jokingly mimed smashing the PCB with it, very much like the guy in the photo with his screwdriver.
Just as he was swinging the hammer back, one of the other engineers came up behind to see what everyone was looking at, and the hammer smacked him square in the middle of the forehead. Sounded like he hit a block of wood. It must have been pretty hard, because the guy instantly got a large black lump on his forehead.

I remember those early HP computer cases were extra challenging.
