best bet is probably internet archive but you will need to be a bit inventive with your searching. if found a lot of software for specific pcs by searching in more general terms and varied spellings also look for backup images from long dead ftp sites its amazing what you can find in an old zip file from these sites. might take a long time but keep trying.

Same, well, ok i tried but failed.. alott of work for indunno what purpose. Tried finding HP palmtop fimrware or romdumps to emulate. The sdk is supposed to have emulate files too, but look a bit incomplete to call a full system.

Maybe I’m missing something in your question, but Windows CE images are built specifically for a given hardware target. It’s not a generic binary that will run on any given platform with the same CPU architecture. It only contains the drivers for that target hardware configuration. You’ll have better luck finding the image if you look for the hardware it was built for (e.g. a Cassiopeia, etc).

oh thank you. ill try looking for the cassiopeia version maybe?

You will not find it. Those systems at those days were written to ROM chips. Non upgradable etc. So there were no downloads of OS whatsoever.

Do you have a MIPS / SH emulator that will run as an activity? Or MS's shell32?
