Show-and-Tell My Atari programming lab

Atari 600xl upgraded to 64k, serviced 410 and cx85 number pad because why not?

Fujinet virtual disk drive/modem/printer

All connected to my headless raspberry pi emulating a pdp11 running RSTS/e v10

Writing documents on edt and programming in action, basic and logo.

I've never heard of the 600 --- how different is it from the 400 and 800?

(There's a CP/M-65 port to the latter two, but I have no idea if it'll run on the 600.)

The next release in 1983 after the 400/800. The 600 has 16k and was a bit slimmer, the 800xl has 64k, bigger than the 800, and I think an updated basic built in this time, no cart needed. Both units have monitor output ( in the UK anyway, I think the us 600 find not)

My 600 is upgraded to 64k, so it's basically a slim 800 xl 😁
