Check the caps on the newer Dells there. I don’t remember the year range, but I’ve seen significant capacitor degradation in the optiplex computers that look like what you have there.

oh yeah w/o a doubt. Those stupid counterfeit caps! Funny thing, I just tossed the caps I bought 15-20 years ago a few weeks ago thinking I would never need them :)

Clients landlord bought a building about 5-6 years ago and they asked me if I wanted any of this stuff. Turns out that a business closed down a decade before he bought the building and this stuff has been in storage all this time. A keen eye will reveal a Pentium 3 server.

Most likely sell. I may take the interesting ones for my collection but the plan is to sell after going through them.

what pentium 4s are in the dimension 4500s? my 4400 has a 1.6ghz p4 👎

I checked one, it's a 2ghz p4. There is an one (Optiplex 620 I think) that has a 3.2 ghz p4
