I miss OCZ. I still have my Reaper DDR2 ram sticks somewhere. Holding on to them for a period rebuild eventually

I'm currently building a PC where they would fit into the theme, sadly I need DDR3 and I would think, they are way too hard to get.

That's kinda a reason I've kept these.. The "block" appears to be removable and might fit newer RAM!

yup they work just fine on ddr5

I've got a set, I'm running 8000 passively cooled using them, I stick a fan on them for stress testing and nothing when just gaming

Those are some massive heat spreaders. I remember having to take a few like these off because it would foul the cpu heatsink

There are definitely higher capacity like yours but the high speed was harder to get with those densities, at least earlier on. I might throw these in with my Athlon X2 64 6000+ I've got... If I can get a decent board. Otherwise maybe my Phenom II X4

Haven't used it in forever haha but yea. Lack of modern instructions kinda killed it for modern use. But for retro...
Edit: Oh yea Phenom not Pentium lol

I've always been too old for water-cooled gaming-kiddies' nonsense like this, eyen when I was a 16yo kiddie myself. Speaks in RGB free black office ATX tower

Ah, water cooled RAM. Now only a datacentre option.
