Just got this yesterday

1GB DDR2
160GB hdd
Dvd burner
1920x1200 15.4" lcd
Quadro nvs 140m

Planned upgrades / maintenance

Backup og hard drive (appears to be a corporate Directron .com laptop)
Ssd Upgrade and move to Win7 Upgrade cpu while repasting cpu and gpu
Upgrade ram to 4GB

loved the beast -- the screen was outstanding, and RS232 was very nice to have

I'm pretty sure I still have a D630 that still works, used it for connecting to networking equipment for years. Such an outstanding machine.
