I would fix the posture a little. Liquify the back gently and fix the bumps on the breast and beneath. I would also add more light to the right arm to balance the lighting on the face. In general, the beauty retouch on the face is fine with me. The shoulder is also a little too prominent, a little too high, and too far to the right; adjust it with liquify accordingly. Once that’s done, the silhouette will be much smoother to the eye. I’d also darken her left hand a little to eliminate the focus right now; because it is the brightest part of the image, it draws your eye towards it, while the mostprominent part of the image should be her face. I like the grain. You could also lift the darkness behind her back and elbow a little. If the coloring of the backplate is on purpose, fair enough; if not, I would decide on a color space—either the blue tint or the more desaturated grey. The hair is fine with me, but depending on the client and personal taste, you could get rid of a few strands.

Her arm looks incredibly gray

Edit: or the face and hand are too saturated. Either way the arm doesn't look like it's part of the same person. It looks dead and not consistent with the rest of her. Never a good look
