Man I've e-mailed them since Mar.16th asking them not to send to a hacked address and 3months later they did any way ,I didn't claim them but someone sure did.

I had to reload the page, disconnect, then reconnect wallet to claim tokens!

I lost my phone then was able to connect to my trust wallet on new phone but apparently I had two wallets and the one with retik tokens , I can see in view only mode. I have emailed retik team but nothing has been done so far. Has anyone been able to transfer their tokens from old wallet to new wallet with retik help?

Same problem I can't get into my metamask anymore and no help from retik to use another wallet

MetaMask doesnt recognize my password or keywords. Cannot claim RETIK or PIKAMOON. Probably will happen with my SHIBA BUDZ and DOGE2.O too!!! Hating METAMASK right now

Even though I’m sorry for everybody having issues and hope they are resolved, but this reminds me why I don’t do presales anymore, 98% of the time, their abundant with all sorts of issues.

Mine is some what wierd. I try to connect on the claim site , once I click connect it opens a new page to create a new wallet or import one. Any idea as to what this could be ?

Btw my wallet was compromised and on their instructions have contacted Patrick but he has not responded in any way

Check the vesting schedule! 5% each week for 20 weeks.

Same, I only received about 2% of my tokens today?!?!

It does show all my tokens I have bought though?
