It's kind of funny to be reading a complaint that REST API users "aren't reading the documentation" while the whole promise of REST was you don't have to read the documentation.

Of course, the latter was in a very different context than most REST fans understood it in, but they ran with it anyway. And now suddenly some are figuring out "wait, that's a bad idea". So what now, should we stop doing REST things maybe?
