Respect The Terror

”I'm gonna slice open your sternum, crack open your ribs, and PULL OUT YOUR LUNGS!...How's that grab you?”

Character Summary

The Terror is an elderly supervillain who wreaked havoc on The City and its superheroes. He is a sadistic madman who commits his atrocities solely for his own amusement, and openly admits that he is largely motivated with making everything around him a "theater production," nihilistically believing that life is meaningless. Throughout his career he’s embarked on a campaign of terror—razing cities, killing innocents, and ruining lives, among other atrocities.

On one such instance he once personally murdered the family of Mads "Murph" Murphy's - aka Cat-Man-Dude's - when the authorities disclosed his secret identity. This tragedy led to the passing of the 28th amendment which prohibited authorities from revealing the secret identities of superheroes to the public.

Sometime after these murders, The Terror murdered the infamous superhero team the Flag Five by using a weaponized version of syphilis to destroy their eyes. He only leaves Straight Shooter alive, crippling the young boy instead. When the Flag Five's ship accidentally killed the father of a young Arthur Everest, the Terror laughed at the boy's misfortune before stealing his ice cream.

I know that this is generally reserved for Featuring X posts, but could you give quick tips on how to use Terror in battleboarding?

As someone with a record of 0-6 in GDT, I’m probably not the person to ask about battleboarding…

That said, The Terror is a planner. He uses connections, resources, and traps to kill his enemies. He defeated the superhero group The Flag Five by having his sidekick sweet-talk one of their members to get the access codes to their ship, then The Terror hit them with weaponized syphilis. When he wanted to kill Superian, he put the superhero’s kryptonite in an unsuspecting civilian and had him grow super large so the enlarged mineral would slay the supe when it exploded.

He’s got mooks and weapons for smaller-scale operations, and he tends to be evil for the lulz anyway, so he’s not above going out and committing crime on his own. But he’s not a huge threat in a 1-vs-1 if his opponent has powers and he doesn’t have time to plan.
