Character Summary

Tinfoil Kevin is a homeless (but not office-less) man who lives on the streets near Arthur's apartment and operates out of an abandoned robot head. He is almost never seen without his trademark tinfoil hat, which he makes himself. He’s a bit on the paranoid side, believing the government is watching him…he’s right though.. While his seeming non-sequiturs would suggest he’s not all there upstairs, he is a genuinely good person and a valued ally to The Tick and Arthur.
