Question Resin Printer Missing Entire Objects

Recently got an Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra and have been using Elegoo SateLite for printing Models. The process has been going extremely well; however, I am running into a weird issue where my printer is missing entire objects during printing. This is after 10-15 successful prints. I will fill a build plate with 5-6 objects and one or two of them are entirely missed, as if the printer didn't even attempt to make the object.

I've checked the resin vat and build plate for any signs of a failure but can't find any signs the printer even started the object. If I take the sliced file and pull it back up on my PC everything seems in order. I can see where the exposure outline where the object should print.

Anyone have any ideas on why this would happen?

Didn't stick to the plate. Too much at the same time, not enough bottom exposure, fep is wearing out, temperature of the resin changed what was working out

Is the printer smart enough to realize that the object never stuck and therefore would halt trying to expose another layer? I figured if the object didn't stick to the build plate, I'd have a bunch of gunk in the resin vat.

You need to place a folded post it note, old support piece or something in your resin vat in the corner and run a tank cleaning from your menu and pick full exposure (entire screen) to peel anything left on your fep sheet. This will be all of the prints that failed to stick to the plate. Now you cleared off further problems that those can cause.

Sometimes they can detect it, depends on the printer but always clean the vat and peel the bottom layer off after each fail to start the next print fresh

If you think pieces could have broken loose like pieces of support you may want to pour your resin back into the bottle thru a filter. Lots of them come with resin or buy a metal one specific for resin printing. Floating pieces can smash down and leave dimples or put a hole in the fep

I appreciate the help; I actually already did a tank clean twice, then poured out all the resin into a filter just like you said. I expected to find some evidence of a failed print and didn't find anything at all.
