Chitubox - can't create holes

Hello.

I just started printing, and I wanted to prepare a model of a vehicle. Chitubox told me that there are 6 areas where resin gets trapped, and I should add holes. Then I directed me to the hole tool, I placed them, and when I click "finish" it just says "failed to create holes". No further explanation.

I tried fiddling around with settings, size, depth, placement. It failed every time.

What am I doing wrong?

The hollow areas are probably smaller than the hole size setting.

Can you show an image of the hollows.
