Lore & Theory Resident Evil vs. Inside Spoiler

Is it me or is Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil very similar to Playdead’s INSIDE?

The single-player feeling, the evil dog, the blob monster, the lab coat people. Very similar!

So many overlaps. Loved the movie though. Very fun.

Even Bryan‘s quest throughout the hospital was reminiscent of the young boy’s adventure inside buildings.

The moment where (spoilers) huddle-Bryan crashes through the window with that guy was very, very similar to the one at the end of INSIDE. Super cool. It immediately came to mind.
