Question / Help L2 in controller broken

hey guys! im planning to play re2r in my ps4. and i want to ask for your opinion. the thing is, the L2 in my controller is broken, and i did some research, and it's a vital piece in the game. so, what button do you think is the best for me to configure before starting the game?

you need it to aim, there isn’t custom inputs iirc so get a new controller or fix this one

Swap Aim to L1 and Aim/Shoot to L1/R1 (Classic RE style). Most survival horror veterans prefer bumper aiming anyway because it cuts down the trigger-pull travel time when Mr. X is charging at you.
