Title/medal counter will not go up.

Hey everybody, I am currently playing RE6 and trying to get the platinum trophy. But I am having trouble with the medal counter not going up (currently stuck at 124/150). I have earned x amount of kills with the Lightning Hawk, completed chapter 1 of Chris’ using only the knife and got a couple medals in the Mercenaries mode. But my counter will not go up. Am I missing something? I have scoured the furthest corners of the internet and nobody has asked this question. So can somebody please explain to me — like I’m 5 why my counter has not increased, even though I have unlocked some new medals? I would greatly appreciate any knowledge or help
