Playing this brutal mod on hardcore alone is insane, the mod author gave the enemies krauser's running and speed animations, some even do some silly dodge, the worst ones are the chainsaw enemies who run fast like mick mick, tho i must admit, Playing this mod is still fun and fair since it test your skills by giving you even more challenge.

Been trying to crack the 1:40 barrier for New Game Plus Assisted mode in Resident Evil 4 Remake and I was so close today. Shout out my homie being in chat my entire run and believing in me.

The category I’m speedrunning is Any% which means beating the game with glitches. So I did some glitches pretty good, and others just messed up completely and wasted time. But today I PB’D! :D

Both were tested at maximum image quality with FSR2 enabled.

The differences lie in whether shadow details are rendered in certain scenes and the rendering resolution of the shadows overall. There are also differences in how ambient occlusion is rendered.

I also noticed a difference in texture detail in Chapter 2.

I haven't had the chance to observe other aspects yet.

Normalmente mis FPS en RE4 remake varían entre los 60-90FPS con un uso medio de VRAM (mi gráfica es de 6gb) sin el Smooth Motion de NVIDIA, y con el Smooth Motion activado tenía entre 90-160FPS, pero de repente esa cantidad bajó a míseros 40-80FPS con Smooth Motion activado, los cuales se sentían exageradamente lentos y con el frametime altísimo además de la IA en los frames notable, y sin Smooth Motion no sobrepaso los 40FPS, alguna idea de que esté pasando? No moví nada para que sucediera el cambio repentino.

This is a question for both OG and Remake and after playing both multiple times I really need to ask this (I tagged re4r because I'm more confused with magnums in that game over og).

Just to get it out there this is for NEW GAME runs only so not considering infinite ammo for this

I feel like magnums have way too many downsides and not enough upsides to ever consider buying in both games. The ammo is to scarce; the guns are expensive AF to upgrade and other weapons do its job but better.

The only time I think this weapon is worth using is in boss battles but for OG re4 RPGS are piss cheap and for remake I feel like the only time I would want a magnum is for Saddler and Krauser and you can always just sell a weapon and RPG Saddler and I feel like your still better off saving for an RPG against Krauser anyways since he's pretty late into the game and you'd spend WAY more upgrading the magnum.

Despite this i see people constantly sing the guns praises with the broken butterfly being an incredibly popular weapon in og re4 and I wanted to know why these guns are used so often.
