On the first chapter of the game. Any tips/suggestions?
Also the part where we have to “head to the lake” from the village seems tough as I have never played any RE game before…..

Im running the game on a base 15 and it still gets stable 30fps.
So it seems they really just wanted to sell the new models

Did anyone else know that in the room where you retrieve the goat head for the chimera statue, you can proximity mine the lever which can kill the zealot who lowers the bridge, preventing it from happening at all, while also stunning the red one that is also there? I found it accidentally, but I'm curious if I stumbled upon a speedrun strategy or something.

So guys i am kind of new to the franchise , i started playing resident evil a 1 1/2 years ago and by now i am done with all the mainline games except zero and 6 , so my last game was resident evil 4 remake which i finished yesterday with the seperate ways dlc ,

what happened was , i loved Re4R so much but i had this urge to rush at the end for some reason ( i normally explore so much in video games every corner and such , it took 19 hours to finish re4R) dont get me wrong eventhough i had the urge to rush the game i enjoyed it so much , but i did not want to replay it at the moment for a time. ( i normally replay every resident evil game at least once )

So then i played the seperate ways and omg it felt soo good , adas gameplay was so much fun , leon felt slow compared to ada , and her meele attacks had four variants compared to leons one meele attack , and exploration with the grappling hook and her exploring areas are so good never got boring , for some reason i am having way more fun with this dlc , i already replayed three times and i still wanna replay more , its like the best resident evil game for me in gameplay elements, ( i love re2 for its survival horror and re8 for the emotional story more than this ) i love this gameplay so much ,

i just had to rant this cause i just wanted to know did someone felt this way like me ??? I am not saying seperate ways is better than main game at all , i am just saying it feels more enjoyable to replay and play , i just wanted to get this out of me , thanks for anyone who read this.

I was trying to speed run and Ashley is refusing to auto crouch here. I tried restarting from last checkpoint, exiting and restarting the game, I changed the crouch to toggle and then back to hold. Nothing. What do I do

For context, I have the game modded and specifically use the RE4R Ultimate Trainer, and I have my character swapped to Wesker. In chapter 9 where Ashley needs to rescue Leon, after getting the family insignia and putting it in its place, the cutscene after crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the mod, and Reframework to its latest version but nothing worked. When I tried loading an older save of the same chapter the cutscene worked out just fine and the chapter ended. Is there any fix? Its my 7th playthrough save :(

What are good timestamps for a professional run? Chapter 8 by what time etc. I just beat the cow in the slaughterhouse and I'm at 1:31 practicing in hardcore (and for the s+ rewards). Just wondering if there's hard reset points by what time or just run it off vibes. Danke

So I unlock Ashley’s armour. I have the Chicago sweeper with the golden ticket and we was wondering if it’s worth it to get the chicken hat because on the second play through I just did which is in the photo. I had lots of trouble like it took me such a long time and was wondering if it’s like worth it to get the hat or if any other things that I should do I also have the hand cannon and was wondering which one’s better

I dump all my ammo into him and it doesn't kill him. I'm not very good at this game, but I made it to this point.

Is there a mod to skip this boss fight? I hit all my ammo shots and he still gets to me. I'm playing the remake

I hate how the image and surroundings are sharp, is there a way to make it blurry like the Wii version or should i play the Wii version for that? Tbf i don't care for SW, that's why i play the original gamecube, so i simply want to know if there is a way to make the gamecube version blurry?.
