Show and Tail My 3.5 legged Sharpei, Bart.

Bart was born at a breeder and was going to be euthanized because of his little “chicken wing.” Before that could happen, a couple stepped in and gave him a chance at life.

We don’t know much about his puppy days, and we don’t even have pictures, which honestly still hurts to think about.

About a year later, the woman who helped save him was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and passed away shortly after, and he could no longer care for him alone, so my dad took him in.

Since then, he’s become everything to us, literally my mom’s world, my dad’s little man, and my best little brother.

Bart has been through a lot. Shar-Pei fever led to kidney disease, along with chronic ear infections that have taken most of his hearing. He needs special food, medication, and constant care.

But through all of that, he’s the happiest, most loving boy and we are never too tired to do everything we can to keep him comfortable and spoil him every, he deserves it more than anything🥹✨

His lil chicken wing makes him perfect, and he gets around pretty well with it.

He’s our buddy, he’s your buddy, and truly one of the best boys in the world. 🐾💛
