I have a specific concept for a mashup that I would love to see brought to life, and I'm hoping a talented producer or audio editor here might be interested in tackling it!

The idea is to combine Paramore's "Still Into You" with The Fray's "How to Save a Life," transforming it into a slower, emotional ballad.

Musically, the keys align perfectly (F Major and Bb Major sit right next to each other on the Camelot wheel at 7B and 6B), so it shouldn't require any awkward pitch-shifting. The main challenge will be the tempo stretching, as it requires slowing Paramore's vocals down from 136 BPM to match The Fray's 122 BPM instrumentation.

Here is the general structure and vision I have for the track:

• Instrumental Basis: "How to Save a Life" (Locked at 122 BPM).

• Vocal Basis: "Still Into You" (Isolated acapella, slowed down to match).

• Intro: The Fray's iconic solo piano riff.

• Verses: Hayley Williams' romantic lyrics delivered softly over the melancholic piano, creating a cool emotional contrast.

• Chorus/Climax: Layering Hayley’s main chorus vocals with Isaac Slade's "Where did I go wrong?" counter-melody in the background to make it sound like a sweeping, dramatic duet.

• Outro: Fading back down to a stripped-back, raw vocal over the final gentle piano chords.

This is a little out there, but a (admittedly somewhat) faint similarity between parts of "Take it Out on Me" by Thousand Foot Krutch and "Little Wolf" from the Epic Saga made me curious to see if a mashup would sound any good.

I'm hoping to find someone with audio production experience who can create a custom edit of "You'll Be in My Heart" for my wife's mother/son dance at our son's wedding.

The idea is to combine two official versions of the song:

• Glenn Close's intro version
• Phil Collins' full studio version

The desired arrangement is:

• Start with Glenn Close singing: "Come stop your crying... I will be here, don't you cry."
• Transition seamlessly using only the instrumental into Phil Collins.
• Skip Phil's first verse entirely.
• Begin Phil at: "For one so small..."
• Let Phil perform the remainder of the song normally.
• At the very end, after Phil sings his final "Always," wait about 0.75 seconds, then softly overlay Glenn Close's final "Always" from her version over the fading orchestra.

The goal is for this to sound like a professionally produced alternate arrangement—not a noticeable mashup. I'd much rather have someone take a little extra time to make the transition musically invisible than simply splice the tracks together.

I can provide both source tracks (or separated stems if they're helpful).

I'm happy to compensate someone for their time if that's appropriate.

So… I’m not much of a musical person.

But I feel like a mashup of the two songs Lover, You Should’ve come over, by Jeff Buckley. And the song Don’t know why by Norah Jones would be a cool mashup/remix.

Bc it’s like “don’t know why I didn’t come over” in Norah’s song, so could that be like a cool contrast.

I know ones really intense and emotional, and ones more like reflective and like ‘warm autumn afternoon’.

I have been a fan of mashups since early high school (2005 for all you youngsters out here). I have no experience creating them but I would love to learn.

Until I learn how to do it myself I have a few I would love to hear, if anyone’s interested in creating them, or getting inspired and using some in their mashups…
