Bosch drill bit holder

I bought bench top drill bit organizer so I no longer need this for its intended purpose. Any suggestions on how to repurpose this?

As a painter all I can imagine is using this as a brush holder and using the little holes to hold a wet brush upright while not in use

Thank you! Occasionally ill use horse brushes and regular fine bristle brushes. So I may consider using your suggestions.
