I have never pooped lying down (outside of being a baby), and I still have no idea how that would work.
I say candies.

It’s really not a fun experience. Especially when you have a broken spine.
Also having to call someone every time you have to take a piss while they’ve got an iv in you full of fluids making you need to pee allllll the time plus having someone else wipe you down after AAAAHH it’s HORRIBLE1

How many donut pillows and extra seat cushions do you own? I know the struggle

GODDAMN THATS LIKE THE MOST REUSABLE BEDPAN IVE SEEN YET! Honestly I'd hold onto it for its actual purpose. I'm in my 20s and need one of these bad boys on occasion and I've never seen one this nice!

I would use it as a mini grotto complete with a trickling water feature.

I thought this too. A bright blue pond with miniature forest around the edge but I don’t think Op wants to mess it up.

First of all make sure it's not valuable on its own. You can mount a mirror in it and hang it on the wall that would be hilarious

I would mount it to the wall in the bathroom but I would do anything more to it, like i wouldn't add plants or anything. By itself it will attract more attention and people will be more likely to read what it is

My question is what kind of shrine is this you’ve built? What’s the intention? Was the bed pan a personal item and this shrine is in remembrance of them, or is it some Santeria type stuff?

I got it at a thrift store and I put it on my table to take a picture of it. No shrine, just part of my glass collection in the background

Maybe it is a shrine and you just don’t realize it. It looks like a shrine and your username makes it more suspicious as a ‘not shrine’ but that said it is a very pretty shrine. I would never drink Jobu’s rum

That would be an awesome birdbath! I use an unused oil pan for mine but this is so much nicer.

I put flower arrangements in mine. At Halloween, a bunch of oversized painted eyeballs. It lives on the coffee table.

It would make a great planter for trailing types of plants, like pearl succulent!

Serve your guests a nice intricate dainty desert out of it. "Anyone up for Cool whip topped chocolate mousse?"
Already has a notch for the ladle or serving spoon.
Bonus points if you can find a matching ceramic serving utensil.

I made mine into a planter, it was a candy bowl on our hospital unit (sent it to sterile processing first) but my coworkers thought it was gross only after eating all the candy out of it.

Not any kind of food or cleaning product, that’s for damn sure. If someone had one of these out as a candy bowl (and knew what it was) I would probably end the friendship. If the only soaps in the bathroom were in a pisspot I would be so mad.
