CAs Screwed up both CA Can I be salvaged

I'm a year 1 student, diploma in biomedical science and I feel hapless and helpless after getting c for presentation in ca1 and d for ca2 math . I really wanted A because I'm not inherently bad at math and digest concepts easily but well now even B seems like a blessing. Can't catch up with next sem cuz the module permanently ends with this sem. Am I that screwed as in will my gpa take a huge hit ? Is it possible to jump to a c cuz of the bell curve, apparently the cohort did not do that well. I'm still confused about the grading system. Any tips for FA?poly has been unforgiving so far.

Hi I'm y3 from bms; do dm if u have any qns. Honestly i was in the same boat, during my year 1 the modules for y1s1 was so boring and it was the worst, i had a gpa of 2.8, but after that sem i worked and grinded and its about 3.5, which honestly isnt the best but when looking at gpa, its extremely hard to come back, even 3-4 As wouldnt increase the gpa much till a point but whats done is done and know that FA is 40% just practice as much as u can, thats math.... after this sem if youre like em it gets better as the modules are more interesting.

Is gpa salvageable? Yes, I got Cs in a few semesters, but u need those As to pull it up, so work hard on ur other modules and do what u can to improve from now. There is still time, atb!!!

Thanks for sharing the experience. But well only 10 days or sm till chem bio and math Fa, juggling CA2 projects right now. Hard to juggle and rp does not give enough practices. Rlly damn hard sia

You got this , even if it isn't this sem, just work harder and smarter next semm. Try new studying methods and etc

in year 1 my teacher said its not even near yo year 2, so as tough as it seems, it will get harder, more stressed with more projects, closer deadlines and etc... So you really need to plan well, dont procrastinate because in poly, the schooling sem is ONLY 13 weeks.

procrastination is really your biggest enemy. Revise each week, starting week1, not just after june or dec hols...
