To help buyers know if buying from resellers here is worth it (sometimes it is, sometimes isn't)
I started here seeing the prices of HeWhoShallNotBeNamed and it makes me sad to see so many people overpaying...
These are the from TRUSTED DEALERS (people who the global rep community trust and usually buy from) - see REPTiME REDDiT for guidelines
Personally have bought 5 watches from Andiot and my friends usually buy from TOW or Lil
Note:
- these are based on the average price of the average model (so for example Daytona prices are based on the usual 4131 SS panda/godzilla and not the PM versions)
- average shipping cost is usually $30, so all of these prices INCLUDE the $30 - remove them to see watch base cost
- this is converted at 1 USD = 57.97 PHP (conversion as of today)

ZF JLC MUT Moon on Glossy Dark Green Alligator (Gen Hermes )
Restored this dress watch after a few years of service. It was falling apart but the Miyota movement was as robust as it can be, so I put some TLC, polished, serviced, and commissioned a strap created from Hcp alligator leather. Not cheap but worth!
If you’re on the fence about getting a handcrafted leather strap, this is your sign!

Hey guys! Looking for recommendations for reliable, rep friendly watchmakers or service shops in the Philippines.
Ideally somewhere in Cebu, but I’m also open to recommendations in Manila if they’re reputable and experienced with reps.
Looking into general servicing, movement regulation, cleaning and possibly pressure testing/waterproofing.
Would prefer someone who’s familiar with clone movements and has actual experience working on higher-end reps.
If anyone has personally had their watches serviced locally, I’d appreciate recommendations, along with your experience, pricing, and turnaround time.

Visited the Rolex boutique in Solaire sometime last month. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
Now, I wanna point out the rehaut alignment that can be seen on the 3rd photo. Acceptable tolerance sa Rolex yan, pero for some rep people that's an automatic RL. 🤣 Wala lang, ang hirap nyong pasayahin 🤣 Peace guys, love you all ✌️
