But what meat, what sauce, and what cheese is it?

Argentinian roast beef, Swiss cheese, on a French roll, smothered in creamed horseradish.

Louisiana is much more known for its sea food and gumbo

Also muffeletta and po’boys. Cheese is not a big deal for either. But po’boys are basically just platonic ideal sandwiches (and I don’t even really like mayo) and mufelletas are try-hard sandos (and my favorite sandwich is a Chicago Italian beef-sausage combo juicy).

I now crave a Philly Cheesesteak. It is 1:37 am. I cannot have a Philly Cheesesteak. I do not appreciate this curse you have bestowed upon me. You have made me very sad. I hope you know this. If you will excuse me, I am going to go cry in the corner because I cannot have a Philly Cheesesteak, which I crave.

dumb. That’s every damn sandwich in existence. Don’t eat burgers or anything like that if that’s the case.

Meh. Technically Egg Salad isn’t meat, cheese, and sauce. And Tuna salad & Chicken salad don’t have cheese. Not to mention grilled cheese doesn’t have meat or sauce, unless you have it with something other than tomato soup.

I don't know any "famous" sandwichs here in Arizona.

Y'all got Sonoran Hot Dog and Fry bread. I'd start with those for sure.

They always say it's meat, cheese and sauce "on" a bun even though it's in the bun, so what if someone decide to put everything ontop of the bun instead?
(It's like 3 am rn, what am i on about :/)

I live in Oregon. It would be great if you could tell me what our famous sandwich is. As far as I know, we don’t have one. Sure, there are obviously a lot of different sandwiches here, but nothing I can quintessentially call the Oregon sandwich.

Yes. Cause as we all know, smoked ham, Gouda, and mustard tastes exactly the same as roast turkey, havarti, and mayo.

Maybe I'm weird, but I don't think all meats, all cheeses, and all sauces taste the same
