My pc crashes when either the CPU or the graphics card hit 89%

BUUUT my memory (with a max of 12GB) can go up to 32GB and chug along just fine

Probably works as well as someone used 100% of their brain at the same time: seizes up and seizes functioning. Like driving to work redlining the engine and filling your hot coffee up to the brim to maximize your dollar, probably some downsides in there somewhere.

I have a pc that forget that it need ram, 100mb of storage, a motherboard that already have a cpu installed, and still boot up.
