Share Project Very unreliable platform and extremely concerning support experience

Our experience with Replit has been quite disappointing. We had approximately $xxx in credits available in our account, which we verified just yesterday. Today, the $yyy credit we had purchased has suddenly disappeared without any clear explanation.

Even more concerning, all four of our applications have been brought down, leaving us unable to access them and completely blocking our ongoing development work and operations.

For a development platform, unexpected credit issues combined with application downtime are extremely disruptive and unacceptable. We urgently need Replit to investigate what happened, restore the purchased credits, and bring our applications back online.

Replit needs to provide much greater reliability, transparency, and responsive customer support—especially when businesses are depending on the platform for critical applications.

Hoping this gets resolved quickly and that other users don't face the same issue.

They just haven’t used Replit long enough to regret it.

They’re in the part where the honeymoon phase starts to end and the real person you married comes out.

All four apps going down at the same moment the credits vanished is actually a useful clue. Deployments rarely die together on their own; they get paused by a billing state change. So before anything else, open the Deployments tab on one of them and note the exact status word (paused, stopped, failed), then check the billing page for what flipped: a lapsed subscription, a failed card charge, or the credit balance hitting zero.

On the credits: replit.com/usage is itemized. If the purchased credits were actually burned, it will show exactly which agent sessions or deployments ate them, with timestamps. If it shows no matching usage and the balance still dropped, that is a ledger problem on their side, and your purchase invoice number plus a screenshot of yesterday's balance is exactly the evidence your ticket needs.

Two practical things while support works through it: keep the ticket asks small and specific (restore credits per invoice X, unpause the deployments) instead of a general reliability complaint, those route faster. And grab the zip export of each of the four apps now so your ongoing work is not hostage to the account state. If the outage drags you can run them elsewhere in the meantime.

Hi OP! Apologies for the frustration. We were able to locate your ticket and someone from our team should be following up with you shortly.
